My name is Lauren and I am the owner of Chill Charms LLC! I started chillcharms.com in February of 2025 here in San Antonio, Texas. Everything on the website is hand made by us, right here. The jewelry that I make includes components that are imported, are made in America, and/or we do not know the origin – in cases where I bought it from a private party.

If you have jewelry allergies or other allergies related to metals or jewelry, we strongly recommend that you not purchase our metal based products. Just because something is labeled hypoallergenic does not mean you cannot be allergic to it. Stainless steel jewelry is often labeled as such, yet, it has nickel, cadmium and other possible allergens. The jewelry supply chain is very long and goes thru many stages. It is nearly impossible to account for every link in the chain, so to speak! No sense in risking your health over costume jewelry – and for the most part, that is what we sell. To be clear, this is the same as every costume jewelry, no matter where you buy it.
What “Hypoallergenic” Means:
Reduced Risk:
The term “hypoallergenic” implies that a product is designed to minimize the risk of allergic reactions, but it doesn’t guarantee that everyone will be free from reactions.
Not “Allergen-Free”:
It’s important to understand that “hypoallergenic” doesn’t mean a product is completely free of allergens or that everyone will be able to tolerate it.
In addition to stainless steel, many of our products are metal alloy, which can be a combination of several things including various metals. An alloy is a substance formed by combining two or more metals, or a metal with other elements, often to enhance properties like strength or durability. When we purchase materials labeled as alloy, we do not necessarily know everything that is in it. Alloys may contain copper, nickel, iron, tin, zinc, etc.
What does “silver” mean? There are many uses of the word silver in this industry. Here are just a few:
Tibetan Silver – It is not made in Tibet, nor is it actual silver. There is no real definition in today’s terms.
Silver – Simply a color description.
925 Sterling Silver – At the price range we offer, many items may be plated with sterling silver or have important components made of solid sterling silver (such as earring settings), but generally, none of our charms are solid 925 unless we label it as such. Sterling silver is the preferred silver of jewelry.
Antique Silver – Yeah, that’s not usually real silver either. It’s more of a style or coloring.
POLICIES
Most items are limited in supply, so if you see something you like, take it! We sell from different venues, not just this website.
We only accept orders from, and ship to, the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). We would be honored to be your gift of choice to our military folks with an APO or FPO address. No problem! If you have an issue filling out the order form or processing the APO/FPO order, just call us at 800-522-9272 and we will help you out.
We have a 14 calendar day return policy. If you are unhappy for any reason, please return your item to us and we will give you a store credit!
